Water is a great way to exercise without the stress on your joints. A water workout provides more than twice the cardiovascular impact as a land workout, with none of the wear and tear on your joints. If you have any type of injury, body aches, knee or lower back problems, you belong in the water! Your body will thank you. 

My specialty is working with clients who have a great fear of water. I have a knack for helping a person to get in touch with their "water chi" - meaning everyone has a natural affinity for being in the water. It's a universal connection we all share.
